Integrantes del Núcleo Ejidal de San Pedro Tláhuac manifiestan su inconformidad y preocupación por el conflicto y despojo del que han sido víctimas desde 1996 a la fecha por parte de los Comisariados Ejidales

Dichos Comisariados Ejidales han abusado de su “mandato” emitiendo constancias de propiedad inválidas, además de adjudicarse cuatro lotes por integrante; han vendido lotes; se han enriquecido de forma ilícita y lo más grave es que han permitido que grupos de “invasores” los despojen de sus tierras, generando un clima de violencia e inseguridad en la comunidad.

Se pide procedan jurídicamente contra los responsables directos e indirectos de los fraudes de los que han sido víctimas por parte de los Comisariados Ejidales desde 1996 a la fecha, a quienes acusamos de enriquecimiento ilícito.
